The Principals' Network is an endeavor designed and initiated by the Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKU-EB) for principals of affiliated as well as non-affiliated schools. The network aims to engage school principals, heads and institutional leaders across Pakistan and facilitate the transfer of knowledge and experiences needed for the development and implementation of whole school improvement programmes.

Under the network, multiple events will be held throughout the year to promote effective linkages amongst principals and help build advice-seeking ties that are mutually beneficial for all members. As a result, principals will be able to discuss their challenges, receive relevant advice, share best practices and come up with effective solutions to persisting problems.

What We Have To Offer

Focused discussions on challenges faced by school principals;

Transforming the role of a principal as a pedagogical leader and an agent of change;

Development of a more social / collaborative view towards teaching and learning;

Development of capacity through need-based interventions;

Exposure to best practices through online talks and seminars and much more.

How Will It All Happen?

Through the use of an institutional G Suite for Education, members of the network will be able to stay connected and enjoy a variety of services free of cost such as Google Classroom, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Hangouts and much more.

The network will also offer additional flexibility for members to interact, share experiences and concerns, and engage in discussion on specific topics in an informal setting through Facebook.
