As the COVID-19 situation evolves and the government's decision to extend the lockdown is in place in order to keep our public safe, the Aga Khan University Examination Board is aware of the uncertainties faced by the educational institutions throughout the country. The AKU Examination Board would like to share updates about our annual examination schedule and respond to the various queries received from students, teachers and other stakeholders.  ​

During these challenging times, AKU-EB is working closely with the government education departments in all four provinces, and with the Federal government discussing the examination schedule and assessment modalities. The decision to postpone this year's annual examinations and hold them in the month of June 2020 is still in place.​

We believe the government will give further directives on the lockdown situation being extended or eased by mid-April.  Based on the government's order, we will finalize and share with you our revised plan, including the examination timetable and assessment modalities. The AKU-EB will give at least 6 weeks' prior notice to all stakeholders before the conduct of examinations on the revised dates.  ​
